1 Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between megaapk ("Platform", "we") and every individual who accesses, registers, or uses any services provided through the megaapk website ("User", "you").

By registering an account or using megaapk services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions in these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required not to proceed with registration or use of the platform.

These Terms apply together with the megaapk Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published from time to time. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall serve as the primary reference.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use megaapk services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of account registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts online gambling.
• Register using accurate, complete, and current personal information.
• Have not previously been suspended or banned by megaapk.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name as shown on your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. megaapk reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification purposes at any time.

3 Account Management

You are fully responsible for the security of your megaapk account. This includes keeping your username, password, and any verification codes received via mobile phone or email confidential.

megaapk will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including live chat or email. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our customer service immediately.

• Ensure the registered email address and mobile phone number are kept up to date at all times.
• Use a strong password that is not easy to guess.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Do not share your login credentials with any other individual.

All transactions carried out through your account are entirely your responsibility, unless you have reported theft or unauthorised access to us before the transaction occurred.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

megaapk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through designated payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawals are only processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same player's name.
• megaapk reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by megaapk are subject to specific terms stated in each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with those terms.

200% Welcome Bonus up to RM888: This bonus applies to the first deposit only. The total bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any withdrawal from the bonus portion is permitted.

Wagering calculation example: Deposit RM100, bonus received RM200, total balance RM300. Wagering required: RM200 × 25 = RM5,000. Or: Deposit RM1,000, bonus received RM888, total balance RM1,888. Wagering required: RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• megaapk reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud or misuse is detected.
• Other promotional offers such as VIP cashback have their own terms stated in the relevant promotion.
• megaapk reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.

6 Game Rules

megaapk offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, and horse racing. Each category has applicable game rules in accordance with the software provider involved.

Games provided operate using a random number generator (RNG) certified by independent third parties to ensure fair play. The outcome of each game is entirely random and cannot be influenced by megaapk or by players.

• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed on the respective game interface.
• Technical failures during gameplay that result in loss of funds will be investigated and resolved based on server records.
• In cases of dispute, the decision of megaapk's server records is final.
• Players are not permitted to use any automation software or bots during play.

7 Prohibited Activities

Using megaapk for purposes that are contrary to the law or these Terms is strictly prohibited. Prohibited activities include:

• Identity fraud or use of another person's personal information without authorisation.
• Use of automated software or scripts, bots, or any unauthorised technology to gain an advantage in games.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical errors in the system.
• Collusion between multiple accounts to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Money laundering through the megaapk platform.
• Opening an account on behalf of another individual who is ineligible or underage.

8 Privacy and Personal Data

megaapk collects, processes, and stores players' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Privacy Policy page. By using this platform, you give us consent to process your data for the stated purposes.

Personal data collected includes but is not limited to name, identity card number, email address, mobile phone number, IP address, and financial transaction records. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting our customer service team via support email.

9 Limitation of Liability

megaapk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions, or technical errors that occur beyond our control.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. megaapk does not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or be free from errors at all times.

• megaapk is not responsible for any losses caused by a player's own negligence.
• Players bear full risk in connection with the use of online gambling platforms.
• Any claim for compensation is limited to the amount deposited within the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10 Responsible Gambling

megaapk is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides several tools that players can use to manage their gambling behaviour.

• The self-exclusion feature allows players to suspend access to their account for a set period.

11 Account Termination

megaapk also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A request from the relevant authorities.
• Account inactivity for an extended period with no transactions.
• Providing false information during registration.

In cases of termination due to a breach, megaapk reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending further investigation.

12 Changes to These Terms

megaapk reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be notified to users via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except for immediate changes required by law or regulatory directive.

Continued use of the megaapk platform after the effective date of such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the relevant effective date.
